Avocado Honey-Mustard Pork Tenderloin

Serves 8

 Pork Tenderloins 2 ea
​Howell’s Standard Avocado Honey ¼ c, plus more for drizzling
​Dijon Mustard ​¼ c
​Kosher Salt 1 Tbsp

 

  1. Prepare a marinade by whisking together Howell’s Standard Avocado Honey, Dijon Mustard and Salt.
  2. Place Tenderloins in a large Ziploc bag and cover with the marinade. Place in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. Heat grill to medium heat. Remove Pork from the marinade and cook to your desired doneness.
  4. Allow to rest, then slice and serve with an additional drizzle of honey.
